Some may say that finding a home is part art, part science and part luck, which I am sure, is part true especially the luck part. This also applies to meeting new clients. On February 10th of this year, I was lucky enough to have had an opportunity to meet Ryan and Annette and learn all about them and their family goals. During our initial meetings, they shared about their journey to purchase a home in a different state prior to relocating to Portland (NE), which had left them frustrated and defeated. Flash forward two years after spending time learning the city and which neighborhoods worked best for their family’s lifestyle, I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to be a part of their journey and it has been a pleasure and honor to work with this amazing family throughout the home buying process.
