As the new year set in, it became clear that a perfect storm was forming. Take this quintessential Rose City craftsman and combine it with historically low inventories and a pent up buyer demand from the winter and what you got was ten beautiful offers. With the offers rolling in over our first weekend on the market and the values skyrocketing above objective comparison, appraisal contingencies and financing terms became incredibly important.
