These lovely sisters contacted me and wanted to sell their duplex and buy a single family home. This is always a daunting feat, selling and buying at the same time because of timing and having a limited time to find something that they love. But with everyone working together and having faith that things would work out, we got an offer within 3 days and went pending on their duplex. We then got to work on finding them a home and again, within a few days, negotiated a deal on a house that was perfect for them.. Fast forward to a few weeks later and everyone is happy, both houses are closed. I love working with such nice people!
