We met Megan around 5 years ago and since then have seen each other through a lot of different life changes. Buying and selling homes, getting married, having babies. The list goes on and on. Megan is one of those special people who just seems to make good decisions both relational and financial. She is someone who sees the vision in homes and loves to make them shine.
A few years ago she bought a diamond in the rough and brought life and transformation into this beautiful home. But it was time for a new adventure with her budding family. We got a call one weekend that it was time to put her once diamond in the rough now gem up for sale, the ticker was that we had about a week to get it ready and live on the market. We all pulled up our sleaves took a deep breath and dived right in.

Within a few days the house was prepped, photos were lined up, advertisements were written and we were ready to rock and roll. We warned Megan that it may take a few days to generate showings but were all blown away by the activity we received. In less than 4 days we had over 25 shows and the home went pending in 4 days.
Once in contract we experienced a few ups and downs but because of our iron clad teamwork, we were able to navigate the ship to land with a few close calls in between.
We were so happy to see Megan, Mike and the baby on the way loaded up and on their way out to their next adventure right on time. Congratulations you three! Even though you’re further away you will always have a little piece of Oregon in your hearts.
