When a School Really Matters

By Sean Patrick O'Feery, August 30, 2019

(short answer -if you have kids, they always do, but I digress)
Lindsay is a loving mother of three really wonderful children and they love their school, Laurelhurst Elementary. It was an absolute must to stay in within the district when looking for a new home and a challenge to find a home suitable for their family of four on a budget. In this case, patience was the ticket along with some good negotiations up front.
In this case, we were able to offer under the list price! Paying attention to market conditions, time on the market and the original pricing is key. Any professional Real Estate Agent should be looking for every advantage that can be found to benefit their clients.
Today, Lindsay is almost all moved in to her low maintenance, new construction home in the right school district.   For my  team, we begin prepping her big, beautiful, turn-of-the-century craftsman for a listing coming soon!
Congratulations Lindsay!
