Sometimes everything comes together just as it should. I sold Ann’s home this last winter and after getting beat out on several competitive offer scenarios, her best friend learned that a neighbor was going to be listing their home very soon. We contacted the homeowner right away, toured the home and was able to secure Ann an accepted offer on this Piedmont beauty. Located just a block from Pennisula park and her best friend’s home, the location could not have been better. On top of it all, it’s a double corner lot, so we were able to save this beauty from what would have most likely been a developer who would have subdivided the lot and probably built multiple units on it. I could not be more excited for Ann and grateful to Melissa for bringing the magic she seems to breath into everything she does. Gratitude and love for these two beautiful souls and for the seller who agreed to take a chance with us.
