The time came for this sweet family of three to find their dream family home and they just happened to get a little more than just a house. Before we even got to see the place in-person excitement was in the air! It was the perfect size, with a stunning, well-cared for interior and a great backyard with an incredible deck and gazebo. When we visited the property everything they were already feeling heightened – the whole home was even more magical in person and the neighborhood was phenomenal. A very serene feeling, close to multiple walking trails, Tryon Creek Park, and the district schools. After our walkthrough the family decided to take a walk and see the cows at the Stephenson Farm, and their daughter fell in love! A wonderful home that checked off all of their boxes, a great neighborhood, and cows just a short walk away! My clients are so excited to raise their daughter in this neighborhood and I can’t wait to hear about the memories they make.
