Congratulations to my client on this huge step of homeownership! As a first-time buyer who’s more than familiar with the apartment and renting lifestyle, she was very ready and excited to take this step. A native Oregonian coming home from almost a decade in Seattle, she knew she wanted to be close to the area she grew up in, where her sister, brother-in-law, and soon-to-be first nephew currently live. With family close by, it was a no-brainer on which area of town she wanted to buy in.
For my buyer, this home was love at first sight. Before seeing it in person, she knew from just the online listing that this home was going to be perfect for her. The house itself is a beautiful, light-filled remodel with a wonderful yard. Even better, the home is just around a few streets over from her family!
