When you know, you know

I’ve known Jeff and Emily for many years now, as Jeff and I both came from the energy efficiency world, examining homes inside and out. Jeff is an expert, to say the least. When they decided they were going to look for a home, I was over the moon, because I knew that his level of expertise was going to lead to a great home for them Behold, they’re dream home. The one where there are secret passages between closets for their daughters, a tree fort in the backyard, and a media room in the daylight basement. A total dream.
