When you know you know.

Over a decade ago I got to know Bret and Libby.  We worked together to find their first eye brow bungalow in Rose City Park which has been home to their beautiful family of five.  With the need for more space, we reconnected this summer to find their next home.  With strict criteria not to leave Rose City Park we carefully watched the market for several months.  Battling it out against cash buyers, we inevitably won on the best home we had seen during their entire search.  Today I am thrilled to say that my friends are going to live in one of the most picturesque craftsman homes in northeast Portland!
