Sometimes new construction can be just the thing you’re looking for…new carpet smell, home warranties and a fresh canvas that just needs your artwork (no paint needed!). Tia and Dusty didn’t know that was exactly what they wanted until they walked in…and fell in love. 3o days later the keys are in their hands, champagne in the fridge and a Home Depot gift card tucked into a drawer because after all, with home ownership there will always be something…even if it’s just batteries for the smoke detector!
