These charming sellers have an appetite for the immaculate that my clients Casey and Andrew can identify with. As we entered into their arched foyer upon our first visit, we could see their shared love for impeccable design from the custom fireplace screen to their Bertazzoni stove. The amazing listing agent had showcased a list of the work these sellers had conducted over the last decade of their homeownership. Earthquake retrofit, radon mitigation, temp regulated wine cellar, solar panels, skylights, the list was spectacular.
While we were enjoying the array of flowering plants, trees, and shrubs in their sweet backyard garden, two lil hummingbirds came to greet us and play in the water fountain. This house was the ONE! ⛲️🌺 From start to finish this was such a dynamic group of people to work with. Thank you Casey and Andrew for your constant ambition and laughter.
