It’s great to see people you know grow and achieve new success, it’s also great when people use you multiple transactions. One of my previous clients has a growing family and definitely needed to a larger home. We were casually looking late last year but they decided to take a break. I continued to keep my eye out for things and I ran into a home I knew they would like. When we got there the first thing we all said at the same time was “This house has a wrap around driveway!!” Congratulations on this great home, I can’t wait to see it when you finish everything you have planned.
