Sold! Two lots side by side in Camas!

By Leanne Bach, November 2, 2020

I am so excited that my clients get to build their dream home here. When I had extra time, while touring property in Camas, I’d drive up this road to see what the view looked like on that particular day. There’s something about watching the transformation from raw land, to recorded plats to people’s dream homes. There is no key hand-off on this one, so the closing was somewhat anticlimactic, especially since we’re still in a pandemic, but there will be celebration in due time. And when that happens, the view will be spectacular.

If any of you have your sites set on Camas, allow me to show you around. It’s such a cute little town and affords you the feel of living in the country, while still having access to amenities of a city. PDX is a mere 26 miles away. Now that so many people are working from home, and commutes are becoming a thing of the past, I’m finding more folks are interested in getting a little further out of the city. Camas is slowly stealing my heart. If this has piqued your interest at all, here’s a link to the Province Estates project. These lots are ready to build on!
