I am so happy to welcome Jodi, Alexander and their kids back to Portland and serve as their buyer’s agent. Together we were able to find a gem of an Allison Dean designed mid-century modern home in the close-in West Hills neighborhood with an acre lot and expansive forest views.
Everybody involved was very pleased by the fact that the entire process went very smoothly, with a deal reached at right about the asking price and in the span of two weekends. Considering that Jodi and Alexander were on a tight timeline, it was certainly a win-win for the buyer and seller.
Among the many features that they will enjoy are extensive light via oversized windows, a master on the main and a very special studio/office space with its own entrance. This home has plenty of room for their family and all of the specially designed spaces to support multi-generational living or rental income in the future.
I am sure that they will soak up the Pacific NW vibes that can only come from living in the forest.
