Sarah wanted to sell her home from across the country, with as much ease as possible. We got busy networking to find her a great buyer off-market. That way she didn’t have to do the work of getting the house “magazine ready” for photos, open houses and tours. Plus she had some tenants we had to work around. Her main goal was a quick and easy sale. We found her a great cash buyer, and she was able to close within the timeframe wanted. Not every seller has the same goal!
