Timing is Everything!
She came back to us asking: Had the rent at her condo hit its max? Was the value enough to do the desired 1031 exchange? These are the questions our buyer/investor had for us at the beginning of 2018. After an in-depth analysis she decided to hold the property a bit longer; and it paid off! The value increased and she did find a lovely property for her exchange where the rent would cover all of her costs and a bit more. Congrats on your investment return.
