The idea that REALTORS® just stick a sign in the ground and call it good is pretty funny to me because it’s literally what most FSBOs (For Sale By Owners) actually do until they realize after zero buyers materialize with a fantastic offer that it’s time to hire a professional.
The current owners of this home were toying with the idea of trying to list it themselves but after a good family friend recommended they speak to me, it became clear that they would walk away with quite a bit more money by partnering with my team to get the house listed the right way.
Here are a few pics of what it looked like when we met followed by the listing photos that just went live today. At the end of our first day we were the most viewed home in the neighborhood on all major Real Estate sites!
