A big Congratulations to our buyer Ben Bogard, he bought a super cute house in SE! Also this is a great opportunity to introduce my team member, Jasmine Deatherage!!
Ben and Jasmine are good buddies and recently she invited him to work with us! Ben was interested in a great house in SE for he and his young son to call home. He really liked the idea of finding a diamond in the rough; something with good bones that needed some TLC and lucky for us, Ben was a very researched and savvy buyer. We were able to find him a sweet, move in ready home for the right price. I’m looking forward to seeing what he does with it over the years!

In 2004, she transitioned into real estate, combining her technical expertise with a passion for helping people find a sense of sanctuary and belonging.
