One friend has a cute condo on the river with a view of the Marina and all the wildlife that call the Willamette their home. She only uses it part time when in Portland to visit family and friends. She speaks occasionally of selling as she’s not here often. The other long time friend is finally ready to leave LA and make Portland his permanent home base. No fuss for the Seller, never had to get the condo ready to show. Easy for the Buyer who now has the security of knowing where he will be moving to when his LA condo sells.
