Congrats to our clients who trusted The Yascha Group to list their fantastic home in the forested hills of SW Portland.
After everyone worked hard to complete the lengthy punch list of home prep items that we provided, the stagers showed up and made the home look spectacular in the photos.
The open houses were well attended and we even had a local rock star pop by to give it a look. Interestingly, we also had a buyer fly up from San Fransisco to go to the open and he had just seen that artist perform the previous week in the Bay Area.
He was pretty shocked to see the musician he had just paid to see in concert walking into the same open house in Portland!
Real estate always reminds me that it’s a small world after all.

I was fortunate enough to move to Portland in the 90s after growing up in Maryland and then attending college in Texas.
My professional life started with owning and operating a music school and recording studio in SE Portland. Eventually I was drawn to real estate both as an investor and subsequently as a consultant to homebuyers and sellers as well as fellow real estate investors.
My family and I have lived on both sides of the river, and we spend a lot of our down time at the coast in Manzanita.
My real estate business and family keep me very busy but whenever possible I get out on the courts to compete in tennis leagues and tournaments, and I recently started playing Pickleball. I also mix in the occasional gig or young audiences performance with local jazz group Trashcan Joe.
