For some people there comes a time when city life just isn’t what it used to be and the allure of a quiet rural setting becomes irresistible. That’s how it went for April and Richard.
The three of us really got to know each other as we adventured around SW Washington checking out little towns and looking at many styles of housing – trying to figure out what the right fit was going to be. It seemed like we toured one beautiful home after another, all with so much possibility, but when we arrived at this beautiful log home it was love at first sight.
Waiting for the transaction to be finalized just couldn’t come soon enough! Today I had the pleasure of handing over keys to a couple of amazing clients, and new friends. Cheers to their new adventure!!
