Summer is in full swing and the desire to get away from it all at the beach on the weekends can be strong after a long work week and city traffic and noise. When Stacey and Michael walked into my office they told me that they had dreamed of owning a beach house for a long time and now maybe was the time to pull the trigger. With rising prices it comes down to when do you want to jump into the market. It just so happened a cute beach cabin had just come on the market that a friend of mine had rented for a long time so I knew it’s history well. It was small but had plenty of charm with wood ceilings and great deck close to the village and the beach all at an affordable price just over $300K. When Stacey and Michael walked in they knew it felt right and with this price it would not last long. Thus, I headed back to the office and wrote up the offer.
