Just Closed: Lovely Views in Linnton

By Kim Parmon, September 6, 2019

I think of Linnton as a great, undiscovered pocket.  It’s close to Forest Park, St. Johns, Downtown Portland, Sauvie Island, and all kinds of good stuff.  A number of the homes in this charming community are on a hill and they tend to have fantastic views of the Willamette River.  One of the best parts about it is that your dollar stretches further here since it’s still up and coming.

I was lucky enough to be able to list a charming 1925 bungalow in Linnton recently.  My client, Elizabeth, has killer style and the home was adorable.  The great river views were a huge plus!  We got a quick offer after listing and closed today.  It’s always wonderful to work with my colleagues at Living Room and this experience was no exception.  The buyer was represented by a Living Room agent and we were able to navigate all of the issues that came up with great communication and rational thinking.

Congratulations, Elizabeth!  Thank you for trusting me to help you with your sale.  Good luck on your next adventure!
