Wilma contacted us about a cool one level condo we had listed right next door to her cool old home on SE Belmont. She was looking to find a place that needed less maintenance and was easier for her to get around in now that she was having some mobility challenges. Unfortunately the condo we had listed just wasn’t the right fit but we stayed in touch.
One day someone approached Willie directly about buying her home. She needed guidance so reached back out to us for help. We agreed to represent her in the sale, the buyer didn’t have or want a REALTORS® assistance. We helped Wilma navigate completing all of the steps needed to get to closing. Getting the a heating oil tank decommissioned, dealing with buyer’s repair requests and negotiating on her behalf all along the way. In the meantime we went looking for the perfect condo. The Covid-19 virus hit mid search but with the help of video taped walk thrus and lots of pictures we found just the right ground floor, one level condo. It will be the perfect home for Wilma and her cats to live in comfortably for years to come.
