New digs in Milwaukie!

By Bonnie Roseman, July 2, 2020

As Deanna, Stefano and their two littles hunkered down in their little rental, things were getting a bit tight during quarantine. So, they dared to jump into the nutty Portland market as first time home buyers and braved fierce competition. After many twists and turns, fending off shabby re-do’s and being beat out in wild bidding wars, they nabbed the best home they had seen during their entire search. A cute, dialed-in ranch on a sweet, quiet street.

The north end of Milwaukie is a great option for folks who want to stay in reach of downtown Portland, with easy access to Sellwood, while stretching their dollars, and elbows, a bit more.

Now is not the time to feel stuck where you live, but see what your buying power can do with the currently low interest rates. It’s time to #LoveWherYouLive!
