Saving the best for last, Bender, her little second chance rescue pup from SoCal is likely to tag along. He’s snuggly, pretty cute and has jumped paws first into the real estate industry.
We recently purchased a second property through her. She knows Portland inside-out. Bonnie is extremely pleasant and patient, with great ideas and insight-instinctively sensing your likes and dislikes. I would certainly recommend Bonnie to everyone. PS Bender, her new rescue dog, added more fun to the experience.

I want everyone to know though just how much Bonnie’s presence meant to us. I am certain that without her help we probably would still be looking for a house. She is a most capable and knowledgeable real estate agent. She is a calming influence in a sometimes very emotional process. She took excellent care of us and saw to it that we purchased a beautiful home at the best possible price. We would recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a home or who would like to sell their home.

I’ve worked with several different REALTORS® in the past and wish I would have had Bonnie in my corner on all of my real estate transactions. I’m guessing for most of us that buying and selling residential properties is not solely about the business part of it but rather the reality that there is an emotional aspect that we also have to navigate. Yes, Bonnie definitely has all the knowledge and skills to help you succeed in the Portland market. But what really sets her apart in my opinion is when you start losing your marbles, she will be right there to pick them all up for you. Pretty great.

In the last 10 years Bonnie has helped my husband and I sell my first house, buy our first home together, sell that same home (10 years later), and finally purchase the home we are in today. Throughout all these transactions, Bonnie has been incredible! Her instincts are right on, her advice incredibly helpful and her steady reassurance beyond valuable during very stressful moments. Her expertise and knowledge of the Portland market helped us maximize the value we could get out of our old home and helped us get into the perfect house and neighborhood for our family. She also has amazing people skills which were helpful in meeting our needs and also in advocating for us throughout the buying/selling process. If we ever need a real estate agent again, I wouldn't think of going to anyone else. I highly recommend her - she truly made a stressful experience enjoyable. Our family is so happy to be settled into our new home!
