Hello Mid-Century, Goodbye commute.

By Cristen Lincoln, September 16, 2020

Spending more time together, and less time in the car meant moving away from the North Portland home Sofia and Landry loved, to a new house and neighborhood in SW Portland. They didn’t just want any old place, they wanted to LOVE it! Their amazing bungalow in Arbor Lodge set a high bar. They took their time, and did their homework. They knew the streets that worked, and areas that spoke to them, and calculated the commute time. They took a leap of faith and listed their home before having the new one picked out. We helped them sell their place right away, and the hunt intensified! Not shortly after they accepted an offer on their house, the perfect family home on a generous and private piece of land came up, and they sprung into action. Goodbye bungalow, goodbye commute. Hello mid-century, and more family time!
