Selling a tenant occupied property during a pandemic has its challenges.  I work hard to leverage technology in these situations to make everyone’s lives easier.  A Matterport 3D scan is an excellent tool for any listing right now.  It allows potential buyers to virtually “walk through” a listing from the comfort of their own homes!

I used this technology for my listing at 5232 SE Malden St, Portland.  Buyers were able to view the tour prior to scheduling an appointment, which made the tenants feel more secure.  Within a few short days of listing we had an accepted offer!  The tenants felt respected throughout the process, which made the home show better, which helped my clients achieve the maximum price for their property.  We closed last week, and I couldn’t be happier!
