Pride of Ownership

By Jessica LeDoux, October 9, 2020

A couple of years ago, Paul and Jana started dreaming of finding a more spacious “forever” home. As long time occupants of one of Portland’s historic Craftsmans, they value preservation and knew they were seeking a home with vintage attributes that they could be stewards of for years to come. Part of finding the right place was finding a seller who aligned with these values and took pride in upholding a home’s original character. When they walked into the meticulously maintained Irvington Craftsman that would become their home, it was clear the seller had a kindred perspective and they jumped at the opportunity. Congratulations Jana and Paul! Here’s to safeguarding a piece of Portland’s history.
