It’s a high honor to help someone in your own “family” buy a home. When Stephanie came to us asking us to represent her, we were ecstatic! The team and I were determined to help her find a great place to land. Working on a tight budget in a strong seller’s market is tough. Stephanie is such a trooper! We wrote many offers, looked at many houses, and even got some offers accepted. But, inspections revealed insurmountable repairs on multiple occasions. Always a bright spirit, Stephanie trudged on and kept looking. It was another great Living Room listing that was the ringer! A great home in fabulous condition came up that checked so many boxes. There were multiple offers as she was used to and we drafted a great offer. The big difference on this one was a super clean inspection. This was it!! We closed just in time for the holidays! We are full of joy for Stephanie and her family and so very honored to have been in this journey along with her! If you have a tight budget, and need a home that needs very little work, it is possible to get into a home in Portland. It takes perseverance and work, but it’s absolutely possible! We believe in the power of owning your own home, and love helping folks become homeowners!
