The headline pretty much says it all. It’s pretty rare to find a home hit the market in Bridlemile which is a quiet and conveniently located section of SW Portland. This past weekend we took advantage of the very low inventory and when this house hit the market it was the only home feeding into Bridlemile that was under $800,000.
We listed if for $535,000 and received some really fantastic offers. It was a difficult choice for the sellers to pick the winning offer but that’s a good problem to have.
