I love it Baby, how do we get this house?!

By Yonette Fine, April 19, 2021

When Maria raised her arms in the air and let out, “ I love it Baby, how do we get this house?!”, I knew we had found her dream home. After selling their family home in Nob Hill back in 2018, it was time to find that retirement home. They wanted to be walkable from their kids and grandchildren and close to the friends and hiking trails. The home needed to have a smaller living space, with a wonderful yard for Maria to work her landscaping magic, and a “real” garage for Jim to tinker around in and store his findings.

This home had just the right living space on the interior, and lots of opportunity for entertaining their huge, local, family on the exterior. We even had the fun surprise of a new Nordic Spa in the backyard, complete with outdoor shower, with a perfect spot to add a hot tub alongside the spa.

This business is so great when things work out like this for amazing families like Jim & Maria’s. Thanks for allowing me to guide you!
