Yonette Fine is a licensed realtor in Oregon who approaches the industry with her energetic personality and enthusiasm for life, people and real estate.
Yonette draws anyone she meets right into her world!
She hails from the San Francisco Bay Area where she was graduated with a degree in Broadcast Communication Arts. In 1995, after a short stint in radio, she decided to use her powers for good instead of evil and join her husband at their newly formed graphic design firm as VP of Client Services.
Twenty-Five years later, that firm is still producing excellent creative and branding work which has allowed her to follow her passion in real estate.
When not delivering outstanding client service, you can find her in one of four places: on the soccer pitch with her husband and three kids, chatting with a neighbor in Willamette Heights, in the Columbia Gorge at her winery, Cerulean, or in Paris, France.
I really enjoyed my experience with my agent Yonette.
Every encounter with her was professional and so easy. Her enthusiasm and charm were always present and her responsiveness to any question or concern was almost immediate. She made the whole buying experience very easy.
Yonette is one of my favorite co-op agents of all time. Yonette is one of my favorite co-op agents of all time. She is smart, communicative and knows how to negotiate a deal. I wish every one of my transactions was with Yonette!
When my mom decided she wanted to sell her lovely South Waterfront condo, I knew it would be a challenge. She lives 3.5 hours away and I live in another state. Yonette Fine took on the challenge with gusto! She is positive, resourceful, and savvy. She worked very hard to identify the target market & seek out potential buyers. Any request, no matter how tedious, was met with diligence and enthusiasm. She helped us repeatedly communicate with the homeowners association, coordinate with contractors doing repairs, and even helped us move out! She is a good listener and a good communicator. I have no doubt that she treats agents and prospective buyers with the same respect and consideration. She stays calm, creative, and again-positive when problems arise and people make mistakes. She embodies all the qualities of a great sales agent and friend. I strongly, affectionately recommend Yo Fine and Living Room Realty.

We are so thrilled and blessed to be here, and we could NOT have done it without you (Yonette). . I can honestly say you are the very best in the business and I will never work with another! I had the privilege of having Yonette Fine as my realtor, and she was nothing short of astounding. I was anxious about what my first experience buying a home would be like, but Yonette and her team made it the most fantastic experience I could imagine in these sorts of transactions. She was consistently communicative, thoughtful, punctual, caring and informative. Yonette would consistently go above and beyond my expectations - arriving to every single meeting fully prepared, and with extra gifts exemplifying her attention to detail and endlessly genuine care for my family's well-being. I had anticipated at least a few months of searching before finding the right place, but Yonette was so on-top of it that we found our dream home, put in an offer and closed the deal in less than 60 days. From the initial meeting, the search and viewing of different homes, to the offer, escrow and closing - Yonette was always treating us as her #1 priority, never hesitating to answer any last minute, anxiety-fueled question I might have. I really can't recommend her highly enough, and am eternally grateful for all the she's done - which I really can't stress enough was above and WAY beyond what a real estate agent is expected to do in their role. She has become a fixture in our family's nightly conversations, and there's daily occurrences when I have to pause and ask myself how we got so lucky to have someone like her in our lives.
