Kids Filling The Halls With Laughter!

I knew we found the right home when the kids pushed through the front door and start dashing all around, calling out their room choices and filling the halls with laughter. With each return visit prior to closing, the kids attended, and found new hiding places and stretched their legs on the 1.5 acres of rolling hills stopping only to pick blackberries to eat and share with us grown-ups.

With this family, the eldest of the children, the father, was the most excited of all. A well-lit, above grade office with walls of windows and a balcony that overlooks the grounds and the city in the distance. This place has been waiting for someone as creative as him to grow big ideas and bring his characters to life. 

The one that will make this home sing is the queen creative, the mother. It took a couple visits for her to see what was possible and how she would make magic happen within these walls, but when she saw it, she really saw it.
