I have a client that wanted a home in Willamette Heights, on a certain stretch of a small street with only 10 homes on it. The first home we toured was nearly 6yrs ago. The second home came on the market in the fall of 2021. It was more than she wanted to spend, but I knew this was the one for she and her boys.
As it should happen, the market went quiet as in-person school ramped up, so this home remained available. She had a price that would work, and after a few months on the market, the home hit that price. We jumped!
After 6yrs of waiting for a home on that one small street, she and her family nabbed one! If she had to wait 6 more years, her boys would be away in college, so, I’m thrilled we seized this moment. Thanks for allowing me to guide you in this long awaited purchase K, D & Q.
