One of the greatest homes in Alameda just sold!
When my clients engaged me they had just come off
of a pretty stressful buying transaction with another agent.
When they approached me to sell their historic gem in Alameda,
my mantra was “white glove service with low to no stress on my sellers”.
This was a tall order considering we updated the house
at break neck speed, survived a water heater failure on the top
floor, managed the replacement of that water heater and when
all was said and done, we launching in the middle of the holiday
season.
The good news was the interior of this 1914 beauty was fully updated
and brought into the modern era with state of the art technology for the
home systems and top-notch finishes throughout. Everyone loved this home
as it still held onto the past with it original floors, built-ins and windows.
Additional fun fact is this is the home where Miles Morales and the Spiderverse
of Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse were born! It went all the way to the
top this year, and took home an Academy Award!
Now it is ready for the next family to make their own magic for years
to come. Congratulations Alisa & Brian! Thanks for trusting me with a home
you put so much love into over the past decade.
