Having my buyers dreams come true in this dreamy transaction
is proof that good things happen, even in the covid-19 era!
This one started as a referral from a neighbor friend. I was on my
first day of vacation when I got word of a family moving from
California to Portland and the driving force was one particular home
in Dunthorpe.
Once my vacation wrapped and I was flying home, these buyers hit
the road and we arrived in Portland within 24 hours of one another.
As they were completely unfamiliar with Portland, I set them on a charted
course to tour all quadrants of Portland, sit in various neighborhood
outdoor cafes and restaurants to see what areas felt most like them.
Keeping their dream home at the top of the list, I dragged them out on
a multi home & neighborhood tour. Touring through similar priced homes
only solidified their notion that Iron Mountain was the ONLY home for them.
Once they returned to California we slowly began the dance with the seller
side and fell right into step to create an amazingly dreamy transaction that
culminated in them securing their dream home in Portland.
I could do this a million times over! Thank you for allowing me to guide you
