Ann and Paul are moving to Portland to be closer to family, and not only were they buying their first house, they were doing it from the east coast! Distance and time differences don’t get in our way of helping folks meet their goals! They had a timeline for arrival, and really wanted to be very close to family. We did face time showings, met family members at homes and hunted and searched. We found a few options, but none close enough to the people they are moving all the way across the country to be near. So we shifted gears, and found a house within walking distance! It’s not the first choice style of home, but has really good bones, and room to build equity. Most important, their sisters are just an arms reach away! Along with the keys to their new house, they will get a whole new city to enjoy and family to see as often as they like. We couldn’t be more happy for all of them! We love helping folks bring their hopes and dreams alive, and can easily adapt and shift until we find the perfect mix of house, location, price, timing. It’s part of what we love about this honored work we get to do! Finding the right puzzle pieces, and seeing the joy in our clients when it all comes together!
