Jonathan and Danielle are true outdoors people. They hike, climb and adventure in the wilderness as much as they can. They are no strangers to endurance. Buying a home in a strong seller’s market can feel a little like climbing a mountain. It takes grit and stamina, strategic thinking, focus and resiliency. After several rounds of second place offers, we finally got them under contract for an amazing updated home, with lots of light, open spaces and killer kitchen. We celebrated that victory, but had more climbing to do. After inspections, multiple appraisal issues and struggles with a seller who seemed unmotivated to move out, we finally got to the finish line and they signed on the dotted line. They own this amazing home now, and will get their keys soon. They were so great at staying focused on the end goal, and not letting the challenges get the best of them. We are so excited for them to get the keys, and plant their flag! The reward is huge!
