With a big 3 story house on a giant park-like lot, and also an empty nest, our client Jacquie found herself wanting to scale back. Gearing up for retirement, she wanted less stairs, fewer rooms to tidy up, fewer bathrooms to clean, and less lawn mowing. Well traveled, with a lot of life experience, and not being new to the process of buying and selling, she was really focused and clear on what she wanted. We got her pre-approved so she wouldn’t have to sell her home in order to buy the next one, then simultaneously set about getting her big house ready to sell, while shopping for the new one. She is one organized lady, and we had a very solid and well laid out plan! We indeed found her the perfect size home, overlooking a golf course. A beautiful lawn and greenspace that someone ELSE is mowing! And, by the time we were doing inspections, we got her house on the market! We found her a few great buyers to choose from, and put together a sale that perfectly fit her needs and timeline. There were a few bumps in the road, but nothing we couldn’t handle, and nothing that took us off course. Jacquie is a great team player, and so wonderfully reliable!
