After dipping their toes in the market for months, it was time to get serious about their search. Home prices were rising and an already challenging market was becoming even more difficult to compete within. Kristen and Matt bumped up against some roadblocks and withstood heartbreak during the offer writing process, but weathered the setbacks and have found an amazing home for their family. It is always so rewarding to see such diligence and long term commitment pay off. We are thrilled for them.
