Yesterday, the team and I FINALLY closed on a new build that was a long time coming! Spencer and Jonathan were looking for a place that they could customize, and we found the perfect development in inner NE for them to work on! As every realtor knows, new builds can be a bit frenzied, but Spencer and Jonathan both showed an exceptional amount of grace and patience as we navigated each hurdle together. They were also SO fun (I mean, that purple exterior they chose?? Come on!). I truly wish I could clone them, because they were a dream to work with! Congratulations again, gentlemen!
