I am so pleased to have helped my clients with the sale of their charming craftsman on the corner of a quiet street in the South Burlingame neighborhood. The interior was thoughtfully updated to maximize the space and functionality. The main living area featured an open kitchen with a new range, natural light, and views of the front and back yards. New countertops and storage cabinets were added to the bright and spacious finished basement for efficiency and convenience. The yard was divided into different areas for gardening, eating, and a custom treehouse for playing. The lucky buyers also got a new roof and privacy fence.
