Helping the Next Generation

By Cristen Lincoln, November 11, 2021

Long time clients of ours, Patty and Kevin, recently decided to help their daughter Julie and her partner Jonathan get into their first home. After talking through the idea as a family they contacted us to start seriously searching for homes. Julie and Jonathan had a dream of a yard big enough for their two Australian Shepherds to stretch their legs. They also loved the idea of having enough garage space to work on their cars and restore old sewing machines. After seeing multiple homes that were not quite right, they fell in love as we walked into their new home for the first time. They decided to put an offer in and waited nervously for the seller’s response. The day they got their offer accepted was a joyous occasion. We immediately got to work getting them through to closing. Julie and Jonathan are currently elated to be taking possession of their new home and starting the next chapter of their lives there.
