A Painless Process for a Long-Distance Search

By Natalie Tracy, November 3, 2021

When a client offers to share their own story, I’m honored and delighted. This is Jonathan’s story, enjoy!:

Coming from Port Angeles, Washington, I was originally looking at homes in Portland with one of Natalie’s colleagues. When I decided to look in Vancouver as well, they referred me to Natalie, who’s licensed in both states.

Natalie is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, an attentive listener. She seemed very solid from the start, and I took an immediate liking to her. She’s friendly and positive, easy to talk to, and very skilled at explaining the nuances and details of the real estate process in layman’s terms.

During the whole hunting process, she was very helpful – she was able to keep her eye out for properties as she helped me fine tune specifically what I wanted, and didn’t want, in a home.
She would research the listings we both found, and for the ones that passed muster she would drive out to these locations and do a video walkthrough with me. She would even take the time to drive around the area, which I always appreciated.

She was very frank. I could tell she wasn’t just trying to sell me a house – she was trying to find me the right place. She even talked me out of some places that I would have otherwise pursued.

I always felt like I was the most important client to her. When I talked to her, she was never trying to rush me along. I felt like no question or problem was too small and that made me feel good – that my questions or needs were always important, when I can only imagine how many other clients she must be juggling.

When you’re buying a home it’s an emotional rollercoaster. Natalie was there on a professionally personal level to listen to my problems and concerns, and would address each one which really took the edge off.

There were no hurdles or speed bumps, no uncertainties, no missteps, or problems throughout that whole process because she had in her arsenal a great network of professional colleagues.

She really went above and beyond in all respects!
