I’m here to report that first time home buying IS POSSIBLE. I’m proud to have helped 7 first time home buyers in the last year, despite this incredibly competitive market.
Even with different visions and needs, all of these new home owners found success. For example: Josh and Jess wanted a place where they had the option of future development and expanding the footprint, requiring a special type of zoning (RM1). Hannah and Eddie, recently engaged, were looking for a home with great walkability and a place to start their family. Katie and Zane moved across state lines to be closer to family, and experience all Vancouver has to offer.
