Constance is pretty much the best. Full stop. I will be recommending her to everyone I know because she is that awesome. She helped me buy my first house while I was living out of state (and unable to travel because my newly adopted dog turned out to be a psycho that has gone on to scare every sitter/friend/family member he's ever met), and I trusted her judgement completely. She was patient with the fact that I knew almost nothing about buying a house, able to comprehensibly explain what was going to happen and why (she's a former teacher, heyo!), and was honest if she didn't know the answers to my questions right away. Constance is tenacious in following up, never went radio silent on me, and kept things moving forward in the process without my having to do anything other than lift a pen at the end to sign my papers. She has a roster of reliable inspecting/lending/repairing folks at her disposal. Oh, and she will never push you into buying a house. In fact, she will tell you (ever so politely, leaving the ball in your court, but empowering you to make your own right decision, which will align with hers because she's spot on) when to turn tail and run.
