Congrats to my clients that just closed on the cutest little craftsman that you ever did see.We were victorious in a multiple offer situation and my clients were ecstatic.The home has been well maintained over the years. It has a wonderful and quaint layout, a separate garage, and beautiful backyard. It checks all the boxes.
