Same street, Different Home.

By Rachel Cardman-Brewer, March 30, 2023

I recently had the opportunity to represent two different families on the same street.  Not only were they both selling their houses at the same time, but they were also both in my neighborhood.  It was such a great experience to get to meet more neighbors at the open houses and to be able to tell potential buyers all the things I love about the neighborhood (and I mean the obvious and the nuanced quirks).   I got to hear what other people love about the little pocket of Portland we call home.

In the end, I got to place two new families in the hood who I know are gonna love their new places.  These two homes were a real reminder that you should truly LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE.  Be inspired to be at home.
